Dürr EcoScreen Equipment Analytics is a streaming analytics application for real-time data analysis. The software enables paint shop operators to monitor processes online, including all robot and process data traceable down to the millisecond so that faults can be quickly identified. The product also provides a visualization for the graphical representation and analysis of the results.

Vertical Airflow Walk-in Oven Cures Coatings

Grieve’s No. 946 is a 1,000°F electrically heated, vertical airflow walk-in oven that can be used to cure coatings on titanium screens. Workspace dimensions measure 72″ × 156″ × 96″ and 360kW are installed in tubular heating elements to provide the power. A 24,500-CFM, 20-hp recirculating blower provides a vertical downward airflow to the workload.
