It is said that by customers using the phone’s camera, Ecoclean’s helpdesk employees can closely follow the work and intervene immediately if something goes wrong. The normal phone and chat function can be used to answer questions immediately or to clarify instructions. This service support is said to minimize the need for long, costly trips, while also reducing equipment downtimes and CO2 emissions.
